Go to Upcoming Bookings, select your appointment, and choose the cancel option.
Please note that cancellation terms apply depending on how much notice you give.

This is the best way to clarify access instructions, parking details, or anything specific before the appointment.
To ensure a smooth session, please prepare:
• 2 large towels
• A quiet, warm room with enough space for a treatment table
• Clear access to your property
Your therapist will bring all oils and professional equipment.
A standard massage table requires approximately the size of a single bed, plus space for the therapist to move comfortably around it.
Ideally, allow clear space on both sides and at one end of the table.
Your therapist will contact you via the app if there are any delays.
You can also message them directly from the Upcoming Bookings section.
We aim for punctual arrivals, but traffic and parking can occasionally cause slight delays.
