You can cancel online. When you book you'll receive an email titled 'Important Info Regarding Your Booking' which will contain a unique booking cancellation link. If you can't find this email be sure to check your spam folder as well.
You can request to re-schedule directly with your therapist if they have texted you already. Otherwise, you can reuqest it via live chat here or by emailing us.
Not all therapists wil contact you prior to their arrival. If you're concerned that your booking might not have been received you can contact us here and we'll reach out to the therapist on your behalf and confirm their attendance.
If you need to replay a message to your therapist you speak to us on live chat or email us. In some cases your therapist may have text you directly before their arrival, in which case you can contact them directly.
Refunds typically take 5 to 7 days to reach your account.
The balance payable to your therapist should be paid in cash or you can pay by card using chip and pin if the therapist carries a card reader.
