Joining & Getting Started
To join Zen Hut, you can apply through our onboarding process.
You’ll be asked to provide details about your qualifications, experience, and documents such as proof of certification and insurance. Once approved, you’ll be guided through setting up your profile and availability.
You must be a qualified and insured massage therapist to join Zen Hut.
We require recognised certifications and valid insurance to ensure a high standard of service and safety for both therapists and clients.
The onboarding process can be completed quickly once all required documents are submitted.
Most therapists are able to get set up and ready to accept bookings within a short period, depending on how quickly documents are verified.
Work Flexibility
Yes, you need to bring your own massage table with you to the clients home.
Yes. You can choose the postcodes you want to work in.
This allows you to control your travel distance and only accept bookings in locations that suit you.
You have full control over your availability, and you will only receive bookings within the areas and times you have set.
Earnings & Payments
Zen Hut offers competitive earnings for therapists and commission is capped at 25%.
Your earnings will depend on the number of bookings you accept and your availability, with clear and transparent pay for each treatment.
Payments are processed through the platform and paid out weekly.
Every Monday you’ll get a fully itemised invoice detailing everything, which you can download from the app .
No. All bookings on Zen Hut are paid in advance by the customer.
You do not need to collect cash or handle payments at the door, allowing you to focus fully on delivering the treatment.

Bookings are sent through the Zen Hut app based on your availability and selected service areas.
You will receive notifications when a booking becomes available for you.
If you are unable to attend a booking, you should inform support as soon as possible.
Repeated cancellations may affect your account, so it’s important to keep your availability up to date.
Yes. You will be able to see key booking details before proceeding.
This helps you prepare for the appointment and manage your schedule effectively.
Safety & Support
Therapist safety is our top priority.
If you ever feel uncomfortable or unsafe, you should leave the booking immediately and contact support. The situation will be reviewed and appropriate action will be taken.
If you are unable to reach the customer before or during the booking, contact support for assistance.
Do not proceed in situations where the booking appears unclear or suspicious without guidance.
Zen Hut has a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate or sexually suggestive behaviour.
You should stop the session immediately and report the incident to support. Immediate action will be taken.
